Data Entry Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern for a one-month data entry role.

Duration: 1 month, potential to be prolonged to 2 months (full-time)

Compensation: according to KV Handel min. EUR 2.038,-

Your job responsibilities

Enter data accurately into an online platform of the UN, adhering to established processes and guidelines.
Verify and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Organize and maintain documents for easy access and future reference.
Communicate with the team to resolve any data inconsistencies or clarifications.
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets.

Exposure to the world of humanitarian aid: Gain insights into the workings of a mission-driven organization committed to making a positive global impact.
Collaborative environment: Work closely with a highly motivated and enthusiastic team from around the globe, sharing ideas and learning from diverse perspectives.
Practical experience with online data management tools.
Enhanced attention-to-detail skills and time management abilities.

Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
