Your job responsibilities
- Shape the business. Turn financial insight into better strategy, investment decisions and profitable international projects.
- Make growth possible. Take responsibility for accounting, controlling and treasury; strengthen planning, cash flow, working capital and project margins.
- Build a stronger team. Lead and develop finance, improve reporting and systems, and work closely with sales, procurement and operations.

What we expect from you
You do not need to have held this title before. You do need to have made a difference.
Bring hands-on finance experience, sound judgement across financial reporting and cash flow, and evidence that you can lead people or significant workstreams. Beyond that, we care most about how quickly you learn, how clearly you think and how consistently you turn ideas into results. You take ownership, challenge constructively and make the people around you better.
We value the impact you have made and the responsibility you are ready to take—not simply the number of years on your CV.
